The place was cosy and basic generally speaking. It had a perfect setting near to local shop, the island and the Hebrides. Plus it was located very very close to a very modern supermarket.

This was a good hub for fishing, with comfy beds, a well-equipped house and cleanliness. The location was central and the wifi excellent. The generous hosts stocked basic supplies and promptly resolved any minor issues. The views from the back of the house were lovely, and amenities like washing machine and tumble dryer were convenient. We felt well taken care of and would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy house. It was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. the kitchen had everything we needed and the house was decorated with lovely colors. the central location was perfect for exploring the islands, with beautiful scenery and stunning beaches all around. the hosts were generous, providing basic supplies for our arrival and promptly addressing any minor issues we had. the WiFi was excellent and the views from the back of the house were delightful.
One minor drawback was the lack of a dishwasher, which would have been a nice addition. the surrounding area could use some maintenance and tidying up, although it didn't affect our overall experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy house on the island. the owner was very helpful and provided us with bread, milk, and butter on arrival, which was a lifesaver since the shops were closed. the house was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for our family of four. the kitchen was well-equipped, and we loved the colors on the walls. The location was great for exploring the Isles, and we appreciated staying in an area where locals live. Cons: Everything we needed and wanted was provided. 🌟.

Value for money was exceptional, with spacious rooms, comfy beds, and a well-equipped kitchen, including a bonus fridge with an ice machine. The location was ideal, close to a local shop and centrally located for exploring the islands. The fantastic decking area in the back was a great spot to enjoy the sun. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.
Breakfast delights could have been improved with the addition of a dishwasher.

I recently stayed at a lovely house in Balivanich and had a fantastic experience. The house was exceptionally well-equipped, with a fabulous fridge and a fully functional kitchen. It was warm, clean, and cozy, making it a comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring the Isles. The furniture was comfortable, and the beds were super comfy, providing a good night's sleep. The owners were very considerate and supplied bread, milk, and butter upon our arrival, which was a thoughtful gesture since we arrived after the shops had closed. The house was also well-stocked with basic supplies, and the owners were just a phone call away if we needed anything. The location of the house was great for exploring the islands as it was centrally located. The wifi was excellent, and there was easy parking available. I had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend this house.
If I were to be really nitpicky, the only minor negative would be the lack of a dishwasher. Additionally, there was a stagnant pond in the garden, which may not appeal to everyone, especially those with specific concerns like my daughter who has cystic fibrosis.
